About The Position

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering forklifts to ensure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored accurately. This role is crucial to the warehouse operations and directly impacts the supply chain. The position offers a pay range of $19.36 per hour plus a $.50 shift premium for the Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Manual case picking when directed
• Preparing and shipping products with accuracy and care
• Conducting outbound load audits, correcting labels and count discrepancies
• Replenishing products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Performing other duties within training and expertise
