About The Position

Kubota Manufacturing of America in Gainesville, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Stand-up Forklift Team Members. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting production operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This role involves operating stand-up forklifts and/or tuggers and utilizing scanning systems to accurately move and track materials within AS400 and Apriso systems.

Requirements

Basic English communication skills, including reading and legible writing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to obtain and maintain certification on powered industrial equipment within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., stand-up or tuggers)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently pick, transport, and deliver materials as required to support production
Perform daily inspections and safely operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts and tuggers
Maintain valid certification for all assigned equipment
Use scanning devices to track inventory, conduct bin-to-bin moves, and ensure accurate material placement
Perform audits to ensure compliance with e-kanban scanning processes
Follow all Kubota safety policies and dock operation standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and requirements
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
