A member of the Warehouse Department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operator I is responsible for accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing material in the freezer warehouse. Operators will also store & rotate stock, load trailers, and manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Adept in fast paced, narrow aisle and congested multi-temperature environments.
  • 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience.
  • Previous RF/WMS experience required.
  • Proficient ability with a Stand-Up Forklift

Nice To Haves

  • Valid class A license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Performs routine pre-shift and post-inspections on warehouse equipment.
  • Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets.
  • Load trailers with pre-determined patterns for legal weight distribution.
  • Utilizes an RF scanner and provides support in picking and staging orders, loading, and unloading trucks.
  • Ability to store and rotate stock in correct locations with minimal variance.
  • Correctly identify and apply labels to material received.
  • Help support facility cleanliness.
  • Effectively communicates with and supports team.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
