About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking a Stand-up Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker) for its location in Stockton, CA 95215. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering $20.50 per hour plus overtime, with bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Provide two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
• Must have an updated resume.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Willingness to undergo a Background check.
• Availability to start working as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers safely.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload construction materials and HVAC units.
• Organize inventory and replenish stock.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Report damaged products or equipment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
