This role oversees and coordinates all final steps required to bring a new stand to operational readiness. Serving as the bridge between construction, vendors, and operations, you'll ensure every component is installed, functional, compliant, and ready for opening day. Regular travel is a core part of this role, averaging approximately 15 hours of driving per week across stand locations, vendor sites, and project meetings. This travel provides direct visibility into ongoing projects, strengthens relationships across operations and construction, and allows you to support multiple teams simultaneously. This role goes beyond logistics — it's a people-first position centered around some of the most exciting moments in a stand's life.
