Requirements

2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or maintenance.
Experience with inventory management.
Experience with production scheduling.
Experience performing and tracking preventative maintenance of equipment.

Nice To Haves

Familiar with Rolling Mill stand and guiding equipment.
Understanding of the steel rolling process.
Proficient in problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Welding skills.

Responsibilities

Assisting the team’s effort to produce a quality product safely and efficiently.
Industrial machinery upkeep, working alone or with a crew.
Performing efficient work on a variety of equipment, executing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
Preparing equipment for upcoming production runs and performing regular preventative and corrective maintenance.
Maintaining parts inventory for Roll Shop and Roll Mill equipment.
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process related issues.
Utilizing resources to locate parts, and track completed work.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
