Stamping Tooling Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced stamping tooling professional to support the engineering, construction, and launch readiness of stamping dies. This role is responsible for ensuring tooling meets quality, timing, and performance requirements from sourcing through tryout and production readiness. The Stamping Tooling Specialist (STS) operates within established STS standards and processes to ensure tooling is delivered in alignment with program objectives and manufacturing requirements. The Stamping Tooling Specialist (STS) is responsible for the technical oversight and execution of stamping tooling from sourcing through tryout and production readiness. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, program managers, and tool shops to ensure dies are designed, constructed, and validated to meet part quality, manufacturability, and timing targets.

- Experienced stamping tooling professional
- Knowledge of stamping die design, construction, and validation
- Ability to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, program managers, and tool shops
