About The Position

We are seeking a Stamping Production Associate for our 2nd Shift. This role involves operating stamping machines and production equipment, inspecting parts for quality and accuracy, and meeting daily production goals. The associate will follow safety procedures and work instructions, maintain a clean work area, and assist with additional production duties as assigned. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with a possible overtime schedule of Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM. Employees may be required to work rotating 12-hour shifts, stay over after scheduled shift end times if production goals are not met, work mandatory overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed, and accept short notice overtime based on production demands. Weekend overtime schedules are posted weekly.

Requirements

• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
• Must be dependable with good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
