About The Position

IB-TECH is looking for a motivated Stamping Support Technician to join our 3rd shift team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to recognize quality issues before they become problems
• Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor stamping equipment and production processes
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• Assist with emergency repairs on stamping and assembly dies
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Track finished products, empty totes, and skids
• Complete daily production documentation
• Support maintenance, production, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
• Assist with production needs across departments as required
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Operate cranes and tow motors (training provided)
