About The Position

Allegiant Manufacturing, a leading provider of metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and machining solutions, is seeking Stamping Press Operators for our 2nd Shift team. Our 2nd shift runs Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am with a $1.50 per hour shift premium. We offer a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends (depending on customer demands), holiday pay & 401(k) eligibility on day one, and medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days. We provide a safe, stable, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Previous stamping press or manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to accurately use measuring instruments
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk for 10-hour shifts
• Work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with machine tools and hand tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stamping presses and auxiliary equipment
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Stack, label, package, and transport finished products
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
