Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Problem-solving mindset
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate stamping press machines to produce metal parts to specification
- Load and position metal coils for accurate production
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, reporting issues)
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Record production data and report any issues
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Operate a forklift (training provided and required)
