With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have highly motivated individuals with knowledge ranging from entry level to highly experienced in machine maintenance practices and procedures for various Machine Repair positions in our stamping facilities located in Chesterfield, MI. Immediate openings are available on all shifts.

Requirements

Proficient use of industrial hand and shop tools to complete tasks, especially multimeter.
Demonstrate good work practices to complete jobs timely, accurately, and above all, safely.
Communicate and interact efficiently and effectively with all levels of employees within the company and vendors.
Must be able to obtain a Powered Industrial License (hi-lo) to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Minster presses and Wayne Trail transfer units a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production stamping presses and auxiliary equipment during production.
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
Read and interpret mechanical prints.
Building maintenance.
Machining as required.
Weld and fabricate as needed.
