About The Position

POSITION DESCRIPTION:Can independently & efficiently set up and maintain process controls on equipment that meet Customer specifications.RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows work instructions and oral direction. You will be responsible for operation, and troubleshooting, equipmentOptimizes machine processes by reducing scrap, cycle times and change over timesResponsible for coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure good production and qualityUses part weights and metals data for a systematic approach to improve the running processOptimum performance;Describes system, components, and parts operating characteristics and malfunctions by writing technical reports; Performs start up and shut down processes on the pressesTests functioning of installed equipmentCompiles and documents production data. Communicates all issues with Maintenance/Quality/SupervisorsPerforms end of arm set up and modifications of the robots as requiredOversees in-house tooling and material evaluations to ensureSets-up injection molds and performs start-up and shut-down of molding systemsPerforms general housekeeping duties as required in work areas.Assists in setup of workstation during a mold change or as required.Responsible for maintaining ISO/TS16949:2002 compliance within the manufacturing discipline. Responsible for maintaining ISO14001:2004 compliance with the manufacturing discipline. Responsible for maintaining OSHA compliance.QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Knowledge of TPO’s/ABS/PC’sIndustrial equipment electrical troubleshooting and installationMust have programming experience Able to read electrical schematics and drawingsPLC programming and troubleshooting experienceHas the responsibility to aid in the provision of a safe and clean work environment. This will be accomplished by participating in the safety process. Requirements

Industrial equipment electrical troubleshooting and installation
Must have programming experience
Able to read electrical schematics and drawings
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience

Oversees in-house tooling and material evaluations to ensure
Sets-up injection molds and performs start-up and shut-down of molding systems
Performs general housekeeping duties as required in work areas.
Assists in setup of workstation during a mold change or as required.
Responsible for maintaining ISO/TS16949:2002 compliance within the manufacturing discipline.
