About The Position

As a Stakeholder Manager, you will provide on-site support and data reconciliation for a Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). You will provide expertise in and technical knowledge of research, process definition, interfacing, update system handbooks, and training with the client and contractor teams supporting an Air Force client and the Nuclear Certification Analysis Tool (NCAT) Cloud based system. You will work directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each location, and provide oversight for those locations. You will maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, providing program training to users, as necessary, ensuring current configuration data within NCAT, and making experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other Stakeholder Managers through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer or developer
  • Experience with program or IT project management
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and DevOps
  • Knowledge of Web applications
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DoD and DoE acquisition processes, policies and procedures
  • Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
  • Knowledge of AF Instructions and Manuals
  • Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities
