About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or government setting, with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • A master’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize Stakeholder Cabinet meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and manage all logistical arrangements, including venues, virtual platforms, and necessary equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Stakeholder Cabinet members, maintaining regular communication to keep all parties informed of meeting schedules, changes, and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Stakeholder Cabinet activities, including meeting minutes, attendance records, and action items, and prepare regular reports for internal and external distribution.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise among stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to enhance collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective engagement strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Facilitate productive discussions during meetings.
  • Assist in planning and executing stakeholder events and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations.
