About The Position
Mity-Lite is a leading manufacturer of multi-purpose conference, banquet, and institutional furniture based in Orem, Utah. We're looking staff up our production team and are in need of sewing machine operator experience. Come join our team! The current opening is on day shift - Monday - Thursday day shift (5am-3:30pm) with some overtime on Fridays ( Saturday and Sunday off!). Requirements
- This position will require use of full face respirator and clean shaven face.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience and great knowledge of stain mixing and or application preferred
- sewing machine operator experience
Responsibilities
- Cross-train within department(s) and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Review production schedule with Manager to determine what models and stains are required for mixing product.
- Refer to white board weekly list.
- Mixing Processes
- Inventory
- Sealer/Lacquer/Stain Applications
