Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience working with mixing/matching stains and paints.
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and applicable regulations related to the work environment.
Effective communication skills suited for a distribution or production setting.
Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer proficiency to perform standard work-related transactions.
Basic to intermediate mathematical skills, including precise measurement and proportion calculations for mixing colors.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to match stains and paints accurately; must be able to pass a color vision test as required.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new processes, tools, and techniques.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience preferred; flexibility to perform warehouse duties as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Perform pre-booth quality inspections of equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Accurately mix paints and stains using MaestroHue and other approved tools or systems.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling hazardous materials.
Consistently meet daily production and quality targets to support site goals.
Keep all work areas—including the paint mixing room, spray booth, and related equipment—clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
