We’re looking for a Staging Technician Lead (Trade Shows, Exhibits & Events) to play a critical role in preparing and executing exhibit builds with precision, craftsmanship, and leadership. As a Staging Technician Lead, you’ll ensure all exhibit structures and components are expertly prepared, assembled, and show-ready whether in our facility or onsite at live events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in exhibit production, staging, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Hands-on experience with exhibit builds, trade shows, or live event environments
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house staging, installation, dismantling, packing, cleaning, and repair of exhibit structures and components
• Review staged projects to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions and build requirements
• Oversee the assembly and erection of exhibit structures and related components
• Travel to event sites to supervise installation and dismantle (I&D) of trade show booths and environments
• Operate forklifts and aerial lifts (e.g., scissor lifts) safely and effectively
• Supervise technicians and contractors within the Services team
