Requirements

  • Be a student in Human Resources or Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
  • Have an excellent academic record.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail/rigor, and commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Be autonomous and results‑oriented.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Comfort and quick learning ability with various tools and IT systems.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of English, both oral and written, is required for occasional communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People & Organization (P&O) team in development programs such as onboarding new employees: orientation day, individual meetings, etc.
  • Support the P&O team in special projects and other initiatives (e.g., Great Place to Work certification).
  • Assist HR business partners in the daily management of employee files.
  • Contribute to the transformation and optimization of our day‑to‑day activities.
