Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and balance cost, quality, service, and people.
- Develop leadership skills through continuous improvement training, with the potential to lead a frontline team.
- Assist the team in achieving established performance targets and implementing performance improvement procedures.
- Identify and implement efficiency optimization initiatives, such as reducing planned downtime, identifying raw material loss points, managing frontline staff, changing procedures, and reducing product and packaging losses.
