In this role, you will work as a full member of a DevOps Agile team, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies including Java, TypeScript, Linux, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and test automation frameworks.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (2nd or 3rd year), or enrolled in a Master's degree.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills

A quality-driven approach, balancing speed with thoroughness
Initiative and responsiveness to the needs of customers and stakeholders

Solid understanding of Java
Familiarity with Linux, including shell scripting
Experience with relational databases (SQL)
Exposure to front-end development (TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
Proficiency with version control tools (Git)
Awareness of application monitoring and troubleshooting concepts
Basic knowledge of Python
Bilingual French and English is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, tests, and maintain Java-based applications and software
Code, test, debug, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient and scalable software solutions.
Work in developing/debugging software tools which support developer’s needs, such as web-based tools, log analysis tools, debug tools, software management tools, etc
Staying current with the latest advancements in software development, cloud technologies, and data engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Technical Managers & Senior Data Architects to translate architectural designs into functional scope and code.
Researching and evaluating new technologies to improve our product portfolio
Collaborating with Product Managers and Architects to define requirements for new features
Designing and implementing new features
Working in team-based Agile Environment
