About The Position

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our staging department. This position reports to the Production Supervisor supporting the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below. 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Saturday

Requirements

Basic math skills required
Physical requirements include lifting, carrying and climbing with to 60 lbs. consistently.
Other requirements are bending, standing, walking and climbing frequently for long periods of time.
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to work necessary overtime on Fridays and weekends

Responsibilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goal
Examine and inspect materials, containers and products to ensure that specifications are met
Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
Prepare raw materials for blending department
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
Record product and order information on specified forms and records
Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools
Use forklift to move materials
Cross train in blending department
Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs
Other duties as assigned
