About The Position

The Stagehand primary responsibility of this position is to maintain order during events so that everyone in attendance may enjoy the event. This is an on-call, part-time, non-technical position.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner
• Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of venue layout.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
