POSITION SUMMARY: The Stagehand Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Venue Events Production Manager in the administration and daily operation of events at the Reno Events Center. The Stagehand Supervisor is responsible for the successful load-in, production, and load-out of shows, concerts and events. Acts as a primary on-site technical contact for all events at the Reno Events Center, including audio-visual, lighting, staging, sound and communication. Oversees the set-up of equipment such as stages, seating risers, chairs, tables, etc. Supervises stagehands and facility staff during load-ins, concerts and events, and load-outs. May act as Event Manager representing the Reno Events Center during select concerts and events. Provides professional communication and customer service to coworkers, clients, vendors and the general public.
