About The Position
Provide general technical and event supervision at theatre facilities within the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. Assist with maintenance, upkeep, adaptation, and renovation of theatrical facilities. Assist users with interfacing with the facility and theatre equipment, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of the following: rigging, lighting, scenic constructions, sound, multi-media, or other related areas
- Familiarity with most technical aspects of theatrical productions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to be on feet for many hours
- Capability of working at heights over 40 feet
- Reliable transportation
- A current Alaska driver's license
