About The Position
Milagro is the only professional Latino theater in the state of Oregon, dedicated to bringing original new works by Latino playwrights to our audiences. With a 121-seat theater and a fully-equipped scene shop, we create an immersive experience for both our patrons and the artists we work with. Our upcoming Season43: Pasando El Testigo, promises to be a stunning year with several bilingual productions, and we are seeking a Bilingual Stage Manager to help bring these productions to life. As a Stage Manager with Milagro, you will play a crucial role in the realization of our productions. You will work closely with our Production Team to transform our vision into reality.
Requirements
- prior successful experience as a stage manager
- ability to work in a team and take direction from the Production Team
- attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- flexibility to work within the provided schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- scheduling and running rehearsals
- communicating the director's wishes to designers and crafts people
- coordinating the work of the stage crew
- calling cues, running light/sound during performance
- overseeing the entire show each time it is performed
- all other stage manager duties
