About The Position

Help bring the attraction to life behind the scenes! As a Stage Crew Associate, you'll ensure each scene operates smoothly by resetting props, assisting performers, maintaining attraction flow, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in dark, noisy, and theatrical environments.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to speak and read the English language.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Reset scenes and props between guest groups, strictly adhering to all workplace safety standards, proper lifting techniques, and established venue protocols.
Set-up, dismantle, teardown of props and scenery.
Ensure all props and scenic elements are properly positioned, secured, removed, and stored following each event.
Assist actors with entrances, exits, and scene transitions.
Inspect sets and props for safety and functionality.
Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and guest ready.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Communicate with supervisors regarding operational or safety concerns.
Help maintain backstage organization and equipment.
Assist with emergency procedures when necessary.
Comply with all Company and departmental safety standards.
Follow Company and departmental dress code.
Adhere to the Customer Service Standards of Camelback Resort and all Company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Follow seasonal and daily Service Guidelines and Checklists.
Communicate effectively with all Camelback Resort team members.
Actively support all Company initiatives.
