Under the direction of the Staffing Manager, this full-time, second shift position coordinates the scheduling of all Home Care Aides/Geriatric Caregivers and Home Care LPNs designated to care for PACE participants. The role ensures adequate and safe staffing within established patterns and the Union contract, while maintaining accurate records of hours worked, call-ins, and absences. The Staffing Scheduler is responsible for bringing concerns to the attention of the Staffing Manager and Home Care Manager. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to learn new software rapidly. The role also involves maintaining participant and staff confidentiality and adapting to changes in job responsibilities professionally.
