This is a fully remote position with significant earning potential, focused on new business development rather than account management. The role involves prospecting and securing new enterprise and mid-market clients, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and onboarding, expanding a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model, and building relationships with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Contingent Workforce Program Management. Attendance at 2-3 industry events annually is also expected.
