About The Position

CRD Careers is seeking three Staffing Sales Executives for a rapidly expanding national staffing firm that is revolutionizing how companies acquire talent. This is a fully remote position with significant earning potential, focused on new business development rather than account management. The role involves prospecting and securing new enterprise and mid-market clients, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and onboarding, expanding a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model, and building relationships with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Contingent Workforce Program Management. Attendance at 2-3 industry events annually is also expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
  • Proven hunter — new business, not account maintenance
  • Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
  • Enterprise and mid-market client experience
  • CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must reside in US

  • Background is primarily healthcare or light industrial staffing is not a good fit.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
  • Run the full sales cycle — outreach to close to onboarding

  • Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers
  • Attend 2–3 industry events per year
