Requirements

• Age 18 years of age or older
• Current and active New Jersey RN license (required)
• Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
• At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
• Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
