About The Position

This is an in-office Staffing Recruiter position located in Columbia, SC, operating Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. Recruiters will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community, and utilize interview techniques to find the right candidates. The position involves building a pipeline of people, actively impacting order fulfillment, and conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.

Requirements

• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
