Requirements

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and update recruiting databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and client expectations.
