About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Staffing Recruiter / Onboarding Coordinator for an upcoming staffing opportunity: Temporary Staffing Services - Austin 311 / Austin Energy Utility Support. This role involves candidate intake, onboarding coordination, and weekly fill-rate support. The position is project-based and requires reliable temporary staffing support for the assigned agency program or department, adhering to all site, attendance, confidentiality, safety, and reporting requirements. The coordinator will work with FuntoNetwork on onboarding, scheduling, timesheets, issue resolution, and replacement coverage, while also supporting quality control, status updates, and readiness for their assigned portion of the work.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this staffing role or equivalent transferable experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and schedule reliability.
• Ability to complete required screening, eligibility verification, and onboarding steps.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Responsibilities

• Candidate intake, onboarding coordination, and weekly fill-rate support.
• Use role-appropriate tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, timekeeping systems, Teams or Zoom, and role-appropriate agency systems.
• Review the role scope, assignment background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide reliable temporary staffing support for the assigned agency program or department.
• Follow site, attendance, confidentiality, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on onboarding, scheduling, timesheets, issue resolution, and replacement coverage when needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
