Staffing - Manufacturing Associate
About The Position
Join a leading manufacturing team in Phoenix as an MES Support Associate on our overnight shift. In this critical role, you will ensure smooth production operations by providing hands-on support for our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT—to troubleshoot and resolve issues, keeping production lines running efficiently throughout the night. Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience supporting MES in a production environment
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving basic MES and system issues
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or technical support settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaborator
- Confident with computers, applications, and basic system tools
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently during off-shift hours
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with MES platforms such as Rockwell FPTC, Camstar, or Siemens Opcenter
- Basic SQL or database knowledge
- Experience supporting shop floor systems or manufacturing equipment
- Exposure to PLC-related environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive MES support to the production floor during overnight shifts
- Quickly resolve system issues affecting manufacturing processes to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot MES problems including transaction failures, equipment connectivity, label printing, and user access
- Provide direct support to operators and production staff for MES usage and best practices
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams, tracking progress and outcomes
- Monitor MES activity, document incidents, and ensure smooth shift handoff communications
- Assist with line startups, changeovers, and general production support as needed
- Adhere to all site safety, quality, and environmental protocols
- Remain adaptable to changing production requirements and schedules
