Requirements

  • Current Driver’s License in WI
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership and/or recruitment role
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and coach staff to meet or exceed defined quality and performance standards
  • Maintain knowledge of current regulations for healthcare staffing
  • Ensure continuous recruiting sources and availability of staffing professionals and clients
  • Assist in the recruitment of staffing professionals and communicate policies and procedures while addressing questions as needed
  • Manage applicant credentialing using established CVO guidelines, including reference checks
  • Present appropriate motivators, rewards, recognition, and benefits for staffing professionals
  • Take appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of staffing employees and clients
  • Manage urgent staffing requests and ensure proper coverage across assigned locations
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing operations, and employee support while ensuring quality care delivery across assigned locations
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs

Benefits

  • Compensation & Work Structure: Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
  • On-Call Expectations & Compensation: Participation in a weekly on-call rotation is required to support after-hours staffing needs
  • On-call pay is provided as a daily rate $25 per day Monday through Friday $50 per day Saturday and Sunday Approximately $225 in additional weekly compensation
