Requirements

• Age 18 years of age or older
• Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required)
• Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
• 1+ years of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents
• Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
