Staffing/HR for Long Term Care
About The Position
This is a very high-paced environment! Organization and customer service are a must for this role. The position involves planning, organizing, and implementing a sustainable staffing strategy, investigating staffing needs, and taking action accordingly. This includes working with recruiting agencies, identifying and addressing hard-to-fill roles, assisting with candidate screening and interviewing, new employee onboarding and orientation, and evaluating new staff. The role also includes designing and planning work shift schedules, providing assistance with payroll procedures, and creating and submitting staffing reports to upper management.

Responsibilities
