About The Position

In this role, you'll help support operations by serving as a key resource for caregivers and clients, ensuring services remain staffed, coordinated, and running smoothly when support is needed most. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will support the daily coordination of caregiver schedules and client services, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and exceptional customer service. Acting as the primary coordinator for your assigned caseload, you'll partner with caregivers, clients, families, and internal teams to ensure services are scheduled, staffed, and delivered successfully. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring strong follow-through, sound judgment in urgent situations, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive experience for clients and caregivers. You'll join a collaborative team that values communication, initiative, and problem-solving. If you enjoy building relationships, working with a sense of urgency, and balancing both people-focused and operational responsibilities, this role offers meaningful work with visible impact every day, where no two days are ever the same. This role is highly dynamic and reactive; no two days are the same, with priorities shifting rapidly based on client needs, caregiver availability, and urgent service requests.
