About The Position

Staffing Coordinator - Private Duty Nursing Program Now hiring a Staffing Coordinator in Fayetteville, AR! Our Staffing Coordinator works under the supervision of the PDN Director, helping to support and facilitate the success of our statewide Private Duty Nursing Program at Care IV Home Health. General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. We are seeking a driven, friendly, and highly organized individual to join Care IV Home Health. Previous experience as a Scheduler, Staffing Coordinator, or related office support role in the healthcare industry is required. Join us today! Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working in a professional office setting specifically in the healthcare / medical industry REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in staffing and scheduling coordination required
  • Professional, presentable demeanor with excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills in programs such as Word, Excel, etc. plus the willingness and ability to learn specialized software quickly & efficiently
  • Comfortable with new technology and using smart devices
  • Great attitude, punctual/reliable, and a team player
  • As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and guests
  • Routing calls
  • Scheduling Private Duty Nursing staff
  • Communicate PDN staffing needs to the Recruiter and PDN Supervisors
  • Communicating with patients and patient families
  • Managing employee files & patient charts
  • Composing and mailing out correspondence
  • Process invoices & coordinate with Billing / Finance Dept
  • Participating in rotating, paid on-call
  • Other office duties as assigned
