As the Staffing Coordinator, you are the heartbeat that keeps care moving — the person who lifts others up and ensures no one falls through the cracks. This role is fast, human, and deeply meaningful. Families reach out because they need help. Caregivers depend on us for clarity, stability, and support. This is active, people-focused work — not a quiet desk job.

Requirements

• 18+
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office
• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers with clients who need them
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers
• Support nearby offices when needed
• Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned
