About The Position
Varco Home Health & Hospice is hiring an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Staffing Coordinator for an entry-level role supporting recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration. The position offers hands-on training, and previous recruiting or HR experience is not required. The role is full-time and in-office in Irving, Texas, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour.

- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Comfort using computers and online platforms, and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Help find and identify candidates for the healthcare team.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews.
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date.
- Work with the HR team to help meet hiring goals.
