The Staffing Coordinator maintains the scheduling software, to ensure only qualified resources with current, mandatory competencies, orientation and/or certifications work in the units where such requirements are relevant. Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 years of hospital, clerical or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility with work schedules.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with scheduling software preferred
Responsibilities
- Organizing, coordinating, and deploying supplemental nursing resources to patient care areas across the Mount Carmel Health System.
- Participates in the scheduling software orientation of new associates in the health system
