Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit Care Partners and Medication Technicians for the community.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to open and close requisitions.
Conduct phone screen interviews and in-person interviews.
Offer positions to candidates on the ATS when applicable.
Serve as the point of contact for candidates with questions.
Create and establish the monthly schedule for the Care/Medication team in a timely manner based on employees availability and staffing guidelines.
Update employee availability in the scheduling program.
Identify talent to fill any open shifts to the best of your ability by notifying staff and communicating with managers when unable to do so.
