At Comfort Keepers, the Staffing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat, responsible for matching the right caregiver to the right client and ensuring daily care runs smoothly. This role is fast-paced, people-centered, and has a real impact every day. It involves active coordination, not passive desk work, and requires clear communication and organization to support caregivers, families, and office leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Reasonable commute to Pottsville office
• Organized and dependable
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Match caregivers with client schedules
• Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling
• Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Welcome and guide new caregivers
• Assist nearby offices when needed
• Help keep the care team informed and supported
