About The Position
Comfort Keepers of Scranton is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to help connect compassionate caregivers with local families in need. This is a long-term opportunity to grow with a trusted home care provider. The role involves coordinating caregiver schedules, serving as a communication link between families and caregivers, keeping team members informed and supported, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers. Occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices may also be required.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Live within 10–20 miles of the Scranton office
- Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Nice To Haves
- Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but we’re happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn
