About The Position

The Staffing Coordinator will maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Staffing and scheduling experience
Scheduling Experience with ANSOS or equivalent staffing system

Responsibilities

Create and update daily staffing sheets in ANSOS.
Cover daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing.
Monitor employee call-ins.
Ensure all staffing changes are placed in ANSOS and that staffing levels meet the matrix.
Make phone calls to employees for staffing needs.
Oversee the daily activities of the staffing office.
Provide daily assignments to the staffing secretary.
Enter exception log edits into ANSOS for payroll.
Assign Contingent/Temp staff and Outside personnel to units as needed.
Attend meetings, compile data for reports, and assist Nurse Leaders and Office Supervisor.
Consistently adhere to Beaumont Customer Service Standards.
