About The Position
Join our growing home care team in Pottsville as a Staffing Coordinator. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and compassionate individual who can support caregivers while ensuring our clients receive quality care and reliable service.
Requirements
- Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Interview, and onboard caregivers
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
- Manage call-offs, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
- Maintain communication with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Ensure employee records and documentation remain compliant
- Support caregiver retention and overall team operations
