Staffing Coordinator/ CMA or LPN
About The Position
The Claiborne at Roswell is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role will assist in training, policy and implementation of best practices in resident care. If you take ownership of details, act with integrity in scheduling decisions, remain focused under pressure, and believe our culture matters, we’d love to meet you. This role plays a key part in supporting resident care through strong staffing systems, partnering closely with clinical and operational leadership to help maintain stability, consistency, and team performance in a supportive environment with growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide
- Prior experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices
- Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs
- Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
- Coordinate work assignments and staffing adjustments as needed
- Support onboarding and orientation for new care team members
- Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
- Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing and resident care needs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare staffing reports
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
