The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for obtaining unit staffing needs and filling shifts with SOS/Agency availabilities on a daily basis, as well as providing a monthly schedule. Secondary duties include managing the on-call calendar, maintaining team member files, assisting with the resolution of invoice issues, and supporting the new hire orientation process. This role provides clerical and technical support to the department and performs special projects as assigned.
