About The Position

Responsible for creating and posting the staffing schedule based on guidelines for all patient care departments. Responsible for making staffing changes once the schedule is posted to assure appropriate department staffing levels. Approves staff PTO based on staffing schedule and tracks provider time out of the office. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Engages in an environment of continuous learning, embracing change and mastering competencies of new skills.
